Tell us about the door
A name, a number and a sentence or two is plenty. We read every enquiry ourselves and call you back to sort a time. No call centre, no run-around.
What helps us help you
If it's urgent, say so in the message. A car stuck behind a dead door, or a house that won't shut and lock, goes to the top of the list.
If it's a new door, the suburb and a rough idea of the opening (single, double, something odd) is a good start. We measure properly on site either way.
If you're not sure, pick "Not sure. Come and look". The honest assessment is a real booking, not a sales visit. We put a level on the door and tell you which side of the line it's on.
We don't publish a phone line yet, so the form is the fastest way to reach us. Your details go nowhere except to the people sorting your door.
Not ready to send it yet?
Fair enough. The which-side-of-the-line tool gives you an honest lean in about thirty seconds, and the repair-or-replace guide explains how we actually make the call. Both are reading, not obligation.
