What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we receive what you put in the form: your name, your phone number, your suburb if you give it, what the enquiry is about, and whatever you write in the message box. That's the only personal information this site asks for. There are no accounts, no newsletters and no tracking pixels stapled to your enquiry.
What it's used for
One thing: responding to your enquiry and arranging the work you asked about. Your enquiry may be shared with a suitable local provider so that your job can actually be serviced, and with no one else. We don't sell enquiry details, rent them, or add you to any marketing list.
What the site itself does
Like almost every website, the infrastructure this site runs on keeps standard technical logs (things like request times and IP addresses) for security and reliability. We don't use them to profile you. The enquiry form includes an invisible anti-spam check; it exists to keep bots out of the enquiry queue, not to follow you around the internet.
Holding and removing your details
Enquiry details are kept so the job can be handled properly and any follow-up makes sense. If you'd like the details from an enquiry corrected or deleted, send a note through the enquiry form saying so, and it will be done.
Links elsewhere
Guides on this site link to outside sources like councils, emergency services and standards bodies. Their sites have their own privacy arrangements; this statement covers ours only.
If any of this changes in a way that matters, this page changes with it.
